Layla's French originals

Dubbed “La femme fatale du blues” by France O television, Layla worked with the French singer songwriter Tete while still living in California.

At home in Nouvelle Orleans, Layla launched Savage Jenny. a French cabaret project featuring her originals and 60’s French pop/yeye. NOLA locals can catch Savage Jenny’s Salon de Meow at the Allways Lounge with Stanley Roy, featuring original music, performance art, and local burlesque luminaries. Meow!
